• Front Office Duties:
- Manage front-desk operations, including handling client inquiries and directing visitors appropriately.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the institution, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Oversee scheduling and manage meeting room bookings.
• Administrative Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate office activities and events to support a productive work environment.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.

• Human Capital Coordination:

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in either Business Administration, Human Resources preferred with a minimum of 2 years experience in an area related to office administrative support.
- Professional and excellent service abilities required.
- Excellent skills in the area of organization, attention to detail, time management, ability to manage multiple tasks, define and set priorities and problem solve.
- Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Monitoring company payments and expenses and suggest cost saving measures.
-provide timely and accurate financial monitoring reports to the management.
-preparation of financial statements on quarterly and annual basis.
-Ensure up to date records of expenditure and income are kept for decision making.
-Advise the management on any other financial matters.
-Assist in developing and monitoring budgets.
-collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.
